Menstrual items are now available free of charge on the Zug-Rotkreuz campus 🩸 Several women's, men's and all-gender toilets have been equipped with a total of 10 dispensers for tampons and pads made from organic cotton by @its.periodically. Next week, the affected toilets will be marked with stickers on the outside of the doors. The test phase runs until the end of the year - we look forward to your feedback (link in bio) 💬

Kostenlose Menstruationshygieneartikel sollten in öffentlichen Toiletten genauso selbstverständlich und frei verfügbar sein, wie das Toilettenpapier auch. Ja, kostenlose Menstruationshygieneartikel könnten geklaut werden, aber dass kann Toilettenpapier genauso und nein, kostenlose Menstruationshygieneartikel sind nicht das gleiche wie kostenlose Rasierer für Männer...🙄 Nach einer Pilotphase in der Mensa, die Anfang November letzten Jahres gestartet ist und einer "Evaluation" des Verbrauchs werden wir die Ergebnisse dem Sozialausschuss vorlegen und eine Ausweitung der Menstruationshygieneartikelspender in Bad Oldesloe fordern.

Einige von euch haben ihn mit Sicherheit schon entdeckt... wir haben jetzt einen Periodenproduktspender. 🥳 Vor einigen Wochen haben wir den Spender von @its.periodically am WC im 2. Stock bei den 8. Klassen (O2 30) montiert. ✨ Bitte geht respektvoll damit um. Wir als SV finanzieren die Periodenprodukte und würden uns freuen das Projekt ausweiten zu können. 🫂 Denn wir sind der Meinung, dass Menstruierende Personen kostenlosen Zugang zu Periodenprodukten haben sollten. Dear students, in the women's toilets in the C building (below), the dispenser is filled with tampons and pads.🥳 A test phase is currently underway, if everything goes well, more dispensers will be installed in the future. To ensure that the test phase goes well and that there are enough products for everyone, we ask you to only use the items in an emergency and to handle them properly. 🙂 Pads, tampons and their packaging belong in the trash can and not in the toilet! 🚮 Thank you for sticking to it!

As some of you may have noticed, one of our planned projects has already been implemented. Since the beginning of the semester, tampons and pads have been available in several toilets for free. We have also set up a tampon dispenser in front of the ÖH office.

They are here! As promised, we received our hygiene article dispensers. Filled and ready for use, they are currently only hanging in the upper school building. The fact that we can offer this option to schoolgirls who are menstruating is great, so that we can also hang up dispensers in the other buildings, we ask that you handle the items properly.

At our Coburg University there are finally menstrual article dispensers that are regularly filled with pads and tampons! As a sign of equal opportunities in education, our university provides the menstrual articles free of charge. 🥰 You will receive an overview of which toilets you can find the dispensers in in the next few days. ⏰ But we can already say that much, the Friedrich-Strieb campus, the @campus.design and our building at the @lucascranachcampus have been equipped. Many thanks to all supporters of @svcoburg and @hochschule_coburg!

Er ist endlich an der Wand 🎉 Seit gestern hängt der Hygieneartikelspender an der Wand, seit heute ist er auch befüllt 💯 Der Spender hängt auf der Mädchentoilette im dritten Stock (bei den Musikräumen). Bitte benutzt den nur für Notfälle, wir haben nicht unbegrenzt Ressourcen dafür :(
